Returns
We want you to be delighted with your new shoes! So if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return them to us, unworn, in their original packaging and with your receipt within 28 days for a refund of the amount you paid for the item (excluding P&P, unless faulty), or an exchange if you prefer.
If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as you can, as we might be able to intercept your shoes before they get to the Post Office. However we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel ,as the order may already have been dispatched. In such cases please follow the normal returns procedure below

Please send the shoes via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit, and state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your goods are accepted back into stock (in a satisfactory condition) you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We can only refund the card originally used for payment.
Alternatively, you can take the shoes with your invoice or delivery note into either branch of Modish where we will be happy to process any refunds due, subject to our normal terms and conditions.
Faulty items
If your shoes are faulty, please follow the returns procedure as above, but include a note explaining the issue with your footwear. When we receive them we’ll take a look ourselves and if they are indeed faulty or substandard, will issue a refund.
NB 28 day return period does not apply to faulty footwear.
