If you haven't submitted an order, just use the 'Remove' button to clear any items in your shopping basket you do not wish to purchase.
If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as you can. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel as the order may already have been dispatched. In such cases please follow the normal Returns procedures.
If you cancel your order within seven days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund standard postage and packing costs you paid in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you paid for premium or express delivery we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. You will have to meet the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the seven days or if you only cancel part of your order.
Should you wish to exchange or return any items you may have purchased from our website please send your item(s) unworn and in an unmarked, re-saleable condition within 28 days to receive a refund for the cost of the goods enclosing a copy of your receipt. Our address for returns and exchanges is:

Please send the shoes via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit, and state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your goods are accepted back into stock (in a satisfactory condition) you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We can only refund the card originally used for payment.
Alternatively, you can take the shoes with your invoice or delivery note into any branch of Modish where we will be happy to process any refunds due, subject to our normal terms and conditions.
